Big buildings was great to work we purchased the building last year and it took us a couple of months to get all of ducks in a row with our concrete and permitting. We purchased a garage for our new house in Arizona and big buildings did a great job at making everything really easy. We had to order some engineered drawings which we used for permitting and gave to our concrete company. After that, we just let them know we were ready and they came and delivered and installed the garage.

We were in the process of ordering a building and paid a deposit to hold it until we could decide. We NEVER signed the contract and filled out the cancelation/refund form on June 15th. We were told the refund would process in 2 weeks. It's July 20th and we've called multiple times and emailed- we have email proof! Still NO REFUND. I will also NEVER USE THEM for when we decide to add a building to our land. This process has been absolutely ridiculous and I no longer have any faith or TRUST in this company whatsoever! I want my money back!
Outstanding customer service! We built a 30 x 60 barn with 12 foot lean-to down both sides. The whole process took a month (from starting our discussion through installation) and we customized many aspects. It was 4 days to get the engineered drawing for North Carolina. It was installed 2 weeks later. The installers were professional and offered suggestions to prevent any weather related issues (hurricane/ wind damage). We are so pleased with this company.
